Hayley's Success Story

Sound Healing Facials with Hayley

Hayley joined us in March 2026 for Sound Healing and is already creating beautiful offerings for her clients and community.

Hayley has taken her love of sound healing and woven it into her existing work in her own unique way, creating Sound Healing Facials, facilitating group sound healing sessions and now dreaming about future retreats.

We sat down with Hayley to chat about what she’s created since studying sound healing, the nerves that come with facilitating your first sessions, building confidence and where she hopes to take it next.

Tell us about your new Sound Healing Facial Treatments you’ve created. They sound incredible.

Hayley: People want to walk out with their skin feeling nice, but they want to feel nice as well.

So, yeah, I just thought, why not combine them?

I start with the facial. I've got a really good LED light, so I pop that over, so that when I'm doing the sound healing, the LED is working on their skin.

And then it's a good half an hour of sound.

The feedback that I've got is people just feel lighter. They walk out with their skin feeling fresh, but they feel fresh as well.

How many clients have you taken through your Sound Healing Facial so far?

Hayley: I'd have to have a look, but I'd say at least 10 to 15.

Can I ask, how much do you charge for the treatment?

Hayley: I've got an intro offer of $199.

That will probably go up next month.

I haven't worked it out, because I've worked out what the facial is valued at — $380.

But I just don't want to charge $380. I want people to be able to come and enjoy it and be able to afford it.

Have you been inspired to create anything else with sound?

Hayley: I'm doing group sound healings as well.

My very first one was a few months ago. It was my son's dance school.

They were coming into competition, and before competition, Nash and I would always go to sound healing just to get rid of any nerves.

So I offered to do sound healing for all the competition kids.

I didn't expect it to be as big, and so many people wanted to do it, but I had 20 in. I had 20, which was amazing.

And now I've found a really beautiful space to work from and do my group sessions.

I did two — a 6 o'clock and a 7:30 last night. They were beautiful sessions.

Do you ever struggle with confidence or have nerves before facilitating a sound healing session?

Hayley: I think we all have a little bit of nerves.

“Are people liking the sound? Am I doing this one too much? Are you sick of hearing that one?”

There's all sorts of things that go through your mind.

But then, when you keep hearing, “Oh, that was so beautiful. I really needed that tonight.”

Or then you get a message the next day from someone who says, “I've never slept that good in months.”

And you just think, do you know what?

You've just got to trust yourself.

What’s your vision for where you’d like to take this next?

Hayley: Just building the Sound Healing Facials and obviously the group ones.

I've got a women's circle this month as well, which is incorporating the sound and everything, so that's going to be really lovely.

But yeah, my vision is definitely to grow it to a point where I can do retreats, women's retreats.

And do you know what? Not even just women's retreats, because I think men need this as well. But women just seem to do it more.

So building to a point where I can start looking at different venues, whether it's here somewhere local — we've got some gorgeous places here — or whether it's a beautiful little trip to Bali.

What has sound healing done for you personally? How has it supported you in your own journey?

Hayley: I first had a sound healing session with one of my friends on the Gold Coast. She's a sound healer, and I was gifted a one-on-one session with her. It was quite a few years ago now.

And it was amazing.

You know when you walk out of a massage and you're just like, “Oh, that was just so beautiful?”

It was like that times 10.

It was just nothing I'd ever experienced before.

So that, for me, started my love right there for sound healing.

Then I continued to go to some group sessions over here, and they were always different.

Different things come up for you in a different session.

Sometimes you just walk out and you're just like, “That was amazing,” and you go home and you go to sleep.

And then other times, it brings up emotions.

I just think it's such an amazing thing people need.

If you get a little tear run down your face, then it's okay.

What’s the difference between receiving sound healing and now being the person facilitating it for others?

Hayley: I do love both.

I love looking at the people, whether it's a one-on-one in my Sound Healing Facials or the groups, and just seeing their bodies and what's going on.

Because you can really tell whether people are enjoying it.

One I had last night was really, really anxious, really can't calm down.

And she closed her eyes.

She closed her eyes and she relaxed through it, which was absolutely amazing.

So yeah, holding space for other people — I love it.

What would you say to somebody who struggles with their confidence or feels nervous about stepping into facilitating?

Hayley: Practice.

Do it at home.

Set it up.

Sometimes I just have my whole setup done at home, and I'll just sit here and I'll play.

Just going through what you're going to do. If it's a group one, going through what you're going to do, maybe what you're going to say.

So you do step into that knowing what you're doing and feeling confident.

You're probably still going to overthink things.

But yeah — practice.

Do it on friends, family, whatever you've got. Kids.

Finally, what would you say to someone who is thinking about doing the Sound Healing Course but isn't sure whether to sign up?

Hayley: Oh, I'd say do it.

If it's something that you want to do, then definitely do it.

I love the set-out of your course. It's very easy.

Your videos don't go for hours on end, and nobody has that time.

It's so nice because everyone has those little snippets of time.

So it's a beautifully set-out course.

You get your printed handbook, which I thought was amazing.

Yeah, I would say...

Just do it.
