I’d see all these other people just own who they are and show up as them and own their value and here I was, sitting here, scared of what people think, dimming my light and stuck in my excuses. I’d feel empowered for a day and then I'd go back to my excuses.

I’d take one step forward and then 6 steps back. Dip my toe in and then put my shoe back on. Waiting for perfectionism, waiting for a sign, waiting for the perfect aligned program to come along and save the day. Well f*ck, it doesn't exist. I had to do the work. I had to get out of my comfort zone if  I wanted to create a life I loved.  

Truth is, I was scared of being seen, I was scared of being rejected and I was stuck in a cycle of self sabotage, imposter syndrome and not feeling worthy. 

My body was sending me signs that I was ignoring and one day I woke up angry and frustrated, I was soooo DONE seeing everyone else move forward and create amazing results.

I wanted more for my family. So I just decided. Enough is enough. This is the moment I put my stake in the ground and never looked back. I went all in. I took the action. I hired a coach. I told myself...
