Hi, I’m Kirsty Mason, I’m a self love advocate, and leading business and marketing expert, for women in the holistic wellness industry. Are you resonating with what I’ve written above? Great! Because I have literally just described to you my lifestyle and my average day.

I’ve been able to take 2 international holidays in 2 months, one romantic getaway with my husband and one adventure-holiday with the kids. All whilst enjoying consistent income each month and virtually supporting my clients from the otherside of the world.

It wasn’t always this way. I had to overcome self-doubt, self-sabotage and learn how to trust myself. I grew up in a family of mental health issues and domestic violence, and was severely bullied at school, so learning to heal, reclaim my confidence and learn to love myself has been one of my greatest gifts. 

I knew deep down that the corporate, 9-5 working life, wasn’t me. I never felt like I fit in and I became depressed and anxious as a result. When I had my daughter it all changed. I was adamant to find happiness, not just for me, but because my happiness (or unhappiness) would ripple out to my kids. So I had a choice to make. I took 100% responsibility for my healing, my thoughts, my desires, and the life I wanted to create for me and my family. I went after it. I went all in on me. 

It was scary. I didn’t know if I had what it takes. I literally froze in front of the camera, and cried multiple times on the kitchen floor because clients actually wanted to work with me. It’s been a huge growth journey and one that I’m so proud of. Because it’s given me the life I’ve always dreamed of for me and for my kids.

I never looked back. 

Now, I live an incredibly fulfilling life that I’m so humbled by and grateful for. I pick up my kids from school, I schedule my work around school holidays, I take my family on international holidays, I make great money each month doing what I love. And best of all, I get to make a difference.

I run the most incredible sound healing certification program, host beautiful retreats in Byron Bay and teach business coaching programs inside my academy.
