Hey! I'm Kirsty, founder of Sound Heals and the Holistic Wellness Academy.
Ten years ago, I was medicated for depression and anxiety, sitting at a desk feeling completely disconnected from myself. I kept thinking "is this all there is?"
Deep down, I knew there had to be another way, I just didn't know what it was yet.
Sound healing found me at the perfect time. It didn't just heal my nervous system, it showed me how to trust myself again and design a life that actually feels like MINE.
