Over a decade ago, I was diagnosed with depression and anxiety. Doctors told me I’d never be able to come off medication. That I’d need it for life.
But deep down, something in me refused to believe that was the whole story.
I knew there had to be another way to heal. And so began my healing. journey.
Sound became the medicine I didn’t know I was searching for. The vibrations didn’t just calm my mind, they reached the places words couldn’t touch. Slowly, my thoughts softened, my body released, and my nervous system finally found peace.
Fast forward to today: I am medication-free. I live with a clear, positive mindset. I feel empowered in my relationships, my business, and my daily life.
For the last 8 years, I’ve run my own full-time healing business, holding space for hundreds of clients on their own journeys.
And now, I teach others to do the same.
Because sound healing isn’t just a “relaxation tool.” It’s a safe, supportive, life-changing modality that can transform lives — just like it did mine.
This certification is my way of passing the torch. It’s for those who feel called to guide, to heal, to create safe spaces where others can release, soften, and find themselves again.
